Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Service Nature
LanCBoost Media provides online advertising support service, including campaign execution support, account assistance, media buying support and agency partnership support. We do not sell physical goods through this website.
2. Cancellation Before Service Starts
A client may request cancellation before service work starts. If no platform cost, third-party cost or manual service work has been incurred, the request can be reviewed for cancellation.
3. Costs After Service Starts
After service work starts, platform fees already incurred, manual service fees, third-party costs and completed operational work are non-refundable.
4. Platform or Account Issues
If service cannot continue because of platform policy decisions, account restrictions, payment failure or similar operational issues, LanCBoost Media and the client will review the situation and agree on a practical next step.
5. Scope Confirmation
Before payment, the client confirms the service scope, budget, platform, support requirements and execution period. This helps both sides avoid misunderstanding about what is included.
